Our 12HOURS package is comprised of four, three-hour courses:  1) Ethics, 2) Agency, 3) Trust Funds, and 4) Fair Housing.  These courses satisfy the entire continuing education (CE) requirement for salespersons renewing for the first time.

NOTE:  If you converted your "conditional license" to a full license by successfully completing two required statutory/pre-license courses within 18-months of your original license date, please understand that this was not a renewal.  Your first renewal is always four years after the day you were issued your original license.

Our price is just $40.⁰⁰  ($35.⁰⁰ for Saturday registration) – this includes the four online textbooks (PDF files that you read with the free Adobe Reader).

Our Ethics course is free.  Just register without paying to gain full access to our Ethics course – its textbook, its final exam, and, after you pass, access to the DRE-approval number needed to certify the course's completion.

To gain credit for each course, you must pass its final exam.  Each exam consists of 25 multiple-choice questions.  Passing is 60%.  Should you fail, just retake the test until you pass (details).

After registering, you must wait two days before you may take any test.  This waiting period is mandated by the DRE.  However, you may immediately take a 10-question practice exam of trivia questions to experience the look-and-feel of our testing program.
