15 HOURS PACKAGE:  Ethics, Agency, Trust Funds, Fair Housing, Risk Management

Our 15HOURS package satisfies the entire continuing education requirement for real estate salespersons who qualified by passing the examination and submitted a license application prior to 10/1/2007 and are renewing an original license for the first time.  All other California real estate licensees need 45HOURS of continuing education to renew their licenses.

Our 15HOURS package is comprised of five, three-hour courses:  1) Ethics, 2) Agency, 3) Trust Funds, 4) Fair Housing, and 5) Risk Management.  Again, these five courses (15-hours) satisfy the entire California real estate continuing education requirement but only for salesperson licensees renewing for the first time (all other licensees need 45HOURS of CE).

Each course has an online textbook which you may read online, download to your computer, or print (these are eBooks in PDF format which are read using Adobe Reader – it's free).  The length of each book is the minimum number of pages permitted by the DRE (ten pages per course hour).  (To view the first 15 pages of any course's textbook, including its table of contents, click it's name:  Ethics, Agency, Trust Funds, Fair Housing, and Risk Management.)

To gain credit for each course, you must pass its final exam.  Passing is 70%.

After you have passed all your exams, we give you access to a "Certificate."  This Certificate displays a "certificate number" for each course and its corresponding date of completion (the date you pass its exam).  DRE's license renewal site (eLicensing) will prompt you for these numbers and dates when you renew your license.  We provide you with instructions for renewing your license after you have completed the package.
 

IMPORTANT:  Once we accept your payment, we give you immediate access to your eBooks; however, the DRE does not allow you to take your online exams (one for each course) until 48 hours after your paid registration. In accordance with DRE's new (April 1st, 2011) examination rules, if you fail to pass a course's final exam you have one more opportunity to pass the course but with a different exam.  If you fail the course's second exam, you may not take any exam for three hours.

Register After you pass your exams, we provide you a "certificate."  It lists a DRE-assigned "certificate number" for each of the five courses comprising this package.  You will enter these five numbers when prompted by DRE's license renewal site (eLicensing).  We will provide you renewal instructions and a link to DRE's renewal site once you have completed all five courses.
