SALES:  The Millionaire Real Estate Agent

Robert Bruss, the well-known syndicated real estate columnist, believes this book should be required reading for all California real estate licensees – indeed, he believes this book should be a legal requirement for retaining one's license (full review).

The Millionaire Real Estate Agent is written by Gary Keller, founder of the Keller Williams Realty – the fourth largest real estate franchisee in the country.

The sales techniques Mr. Keller describes are not based on theory;  they are based on the lessons learned from scores of successful real estate professionals.

The course's final exam consists of 50 multiple-choice questions.  Passing is 70%.  You may retake the test for as many times as you need to pass  and you need not re-key in your answers from your previous attempt.

The DRE requires you wait two days after registering before you may take the final exam.
