Our
three-hour Risk Management course is designed to keep you, a California
residential real estate licensee, out of trouble with your clients. It
is organized into two parts:

Fiduciary Duties:
The duties you owe to your clients, third parties, and the public;
civil actions, and methods of dispute resolution.

Areas of Risk:
Areas
covered include misrepresentation, dual agency, contract preparation,
broker supervision, kickbacks, fair housing, and advertising.

The course is approved for three-hours of DRE credit under the category
of "Risk Management".
The course's final exam contains 25 true/false questions; passing is
70% and you may retake the exam until you pass.
