NAR®’s Triennial Requirement

Code of Ethics & Fair Housing/Anti-Bias Training

Members of the National Association of Realtors® must complete two courses during the period from January 1st, 2025 to December 31st, 2027 (NAR® calls this the “Triennial Period”).  These two courses are Code of Ethics and Fair Housing — the same two courses we include in our 45-Hours Package.

If you have already completed both courses within the Triennial Period, you may submit your completion certificate(s) to your local board to prove your compliance with this membership requirement, otherwise consider these two alternatives:  (1) Click the button below to enroll for these two courses and be sure to complete both by the end of the Triennial Period, or (2) register now for our 45-Hour License Renewal Package and complete both courses during the Triennial Period and the package‘s eight remaining courses at your leisure but before your license expires.
