Our easy and inexpensive online California real estate continuing education packages are designed to help you renew your California real estate license with the least fuss possible.  All our continuing education (CE) courses are approved by the California Department of Real Estate (DRE) and all courses are entirely online.

We offer two packages:

15HOURS:  For California real estate salespersons (not brokers) renewing for the first time (all other licensees need 45 hours of continuing education).  Our complete price is $42.⁰⁰ including online textbooks.  This package includes:   Ethics, Agency, Trust Funds, Fair Housing, and Risk Management.

45HOURS:  For all California real estate licensees, both brokers and salespersons, except salespersons renewing for the first time.  Our price is $52.⁰⁰.  This price does not include the textbook for our 25-hour loans course.  This textbook, The Mortgage Encyclopedia by Jack Guttentag, may be purchased from Amazon for about $15.⁰⁰ or from other sources.

We also offer two standalone courses:

RISK:  A three-hour course on risk management now required for all licensees. This course is included in our 15Hours and 45Hours packages.  Our complete price is $15.⁰⁰.

LOANS:  A 25-hour consumer protection course based on the book, The Mortgage Encyclopedia, by Jack Guttentag.  This course is included in our 45Hours package.  Our price, excluding the book, is $32.⁰⁰.  The book may be purchased from Amazon for $15.⁰⁰ or from other sources.

Why 45HoursOnline?

• Everything is online:  online payment, online textbooks, online exams, online certificates, and; after you pass, a link to the DRE's online renewal service.  (Our 45Hours Package requires the purchase of one book from Amazon or from other sources.  This book may be purchased as a paperback book, an eBook, or both.) 

• You can get started now.  Once you have paid, you can start reading your textbooks online.

• If you fail any exam, not to worry.  You may retake any exam until you pass without having to wait, without paying extra, and without having to re-enter the answers from your previous attempt.

• Our courses are useful – the knowledge you acquire from our courses will help you make more money in real estate.

• We answer your questions – usually by phone but always by e-mail.
